Return & Exchange Policy – NayaStep

Pakistan Orders (Cash on Delivery)

At NayaStep, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you would like to exchange a product purchased from our website, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by the order number or order confirmation.

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is required for claims related to:

  • Damaged products.

  • Incorrect products.

  • Missing items.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Approved refunds, if applicable, may be issued as a store voucher or coupon.

Fraudulent Returns

NayaStep reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

  • A different product is returned.

  • The returned product is counterfeit.

  • The product shows signs of use.

  • Original tags or packaging are missing.

  • The request appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was made by NayaStep.

International Orders (Prepaid Only)

International orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or defective item was sent by NayaStep.

Order Cancellations

NayaStep reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability.

  • Pricing errors.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.
