Delivery Time & Charges

At NayaStep, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partners.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Note: Delivery schedules may be affected by unexpected weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, shipments may be delayed.

Delivery Charges

  • Standered charges Rs. 200  delivery charges apply to orders below PKR 3,500.

Free Delivery

  • We sometimes offer free shipping on specific orders  across Pakistan.

  • All prepaid orders qualify for free delivery.

  • Use the code "Nayastep " at checkout to enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders.

International Shipping

International Delivery

NayaStep offers international shipping to selected countries.

International orders are processed on a prepaid basis only.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days.

International Shipping Charges

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Customs Delays

Orders may be delayed because of customs inspections or other factors beyond our control. NayaStep is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Undeliverable Packages

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pay customs charges, additional shipping charges may apply.

Product Images & Descriptions

At NayaStep, we make every effort to ensure that all product images and descriptions accurately represent our products.

However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur because of differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product displayed on your screen will appear exactly the same in person.
